Giocoliere Properties was founded in 2000 by Dr. Philip DePalo.  With over 20 years of construction experience and as licensed by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission #160917, he continues to create cutting edge properties located throughout Baltimore, Maryland.

Giocoliere Properties specializes in creating distinctive town home and apartment rentals. Each living space is created with the mindset of an owner. From the counter tops and bathrooms to the indirect accent lighting – we want our residents to feel as if the town home or apartment was designed and built especially for them.
